Whenever you see a sick person, a dispirited, disconsolate, diseased person, there, is your field of service.    .. … Baba

The present COVID-19 pandemic created havoc among the people and most of them are affected with Covid.  There is a need to serve such people with the inspiration of SWAMY by His Message “Love All – Serve All.

Under the instructions of our State President Sri S G Chalam Garu and with the cooperation of District President Sri CD Ram Mohana Rao garu, the serving of Covid-19 patients with food started in the District by many Samithis.

With divine and profound blessings of Bhagawan Sri Satya Sai Baba Varu, Sri Satya Sai Seva Samithi, VUDA Colony, Viizianagaram has been serving the Covid patients by distributing food packets in the name of AHARA SEVA FOR COVID PATIENTS with effect from 21-05-2021.   For morning tiffin, Lunch and dinner, the Mahila devotees are personally taking care and preparing the food with the cooperation and coordination of other Mahila devotees from other areas.  This service is being rendered for only Covid patients who are in Home Isolation.  The distribution of food packets is made by Youth of VUDA Samithi.  They are going 3 times a day to their homes of Covid patients and handing over the packets well in time with love.  So far, about 500 food packets were distributed and the services are continuing further.  There is an increase in number of patients for which preparations are also made to cope up with the food supplies.  The areas in which supplies made are VUDA Colony, Phase-I, Phase_II, Phase-III, Phase-IV, Paulnagar, Kalighat Colony, Bobbadipeta and RTC Colony.

Sri NV Ramana, Convener and Sri BAR Mohana Rao, Spiritual Coordinator of the Samithi are making all arrangements and looking after the requirements of the Home isolated patients day-to-day with much devotion and dedication.
